To our valued patients,

In an effort to slow the spread of Covid-19/Coronavirus as well as keep our providers and staff healthy, our office will be enforcing the following guidelines EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY and FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE.

1. All persons entering the office MUST wear a facemask or covering of some sort for the entirety of their time in the office, including patients.

2. Prenatal patients may bring ONE support person to the ULTRASOUND PORTION OF THEIR APPOINTMENT ONLY, and minor patients are permitted to bring one parent or guardian to each visit. All support persons, parents/guardians, and patients MUST BE FREE OF COVID-19 SYMPTOMS AND PROVIDE THEIR OWN FACEMASK/COVERING. No persons under the age of 18 will be admitted into the office unless they are the scheduled patient.

3. Every person entering the office will be screened at the front door prior to entering the office. Persons showing ANY symptom related to Covid19/Coronavirus will not be permitted into the office.

4. Any persons with a previous diagnosis of Covid-19/Coronavirus must be symptom-free for FOUR WEEKS or SHOW WRITTEN RECORD OF ONE NEGATIVE COVID-19/CORONAVIRUS TEST to enter the office.

We understand this is a difficult time and that these restrictions may cause some frustration, but we sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience while we work to keep everyone healthy during this global health crisis, as well as the opportunity to provide you with the very best in women’s health care.
