Get in touch with your sweet and understanding therapist for another session! Get your needed women’s preventative exams with us, your brilliant and amazing OB/Gyns! After all that, chill out for a little bit and watch a few episodes of your comfort show (the one you’ve watched all the way thru 15 times, and immediately start over as soon as you’re done!) for a little bit of self-care!
Also, have you had your gallon of water today?! Just kidding- we know that’s impossible. Maybe just switch a few iced coffees for iced water and you’ll be good!
